Steps to Join Cal-PASS
Step 1: Contact Michelle Kalina at (916) 759-2486 or at mkalina@calpass.org.
Step 2: Download Package instructions
Step 3: Download Cal-PASS MOU Package
Step 4: Share list(s) for each county in which you have K-12 partner institutions (you may select postsecondary partners from multiple counties on a single county share list)
Step 5: Complete forms according to the Package Instructions
Step 6: Send completed package to:

Note: The complete package includes:
  1. Letter of intent on District/Institution letterhead
  2. Signed MOU
  3. Contact form designating the Program and IT contacts
  4. Share list cover page
  5. Share list(s) for each county in which you have partner institutions.
